Dads Great Shot of Mine

small.after dad bought one huge camera i started my
interest in photography a lot.i asked lots of my friends
and they think its a great job to do. some offering me
to be a partner specially my dad. now he haven't gave
the camera officially but i use it often now. thank to my
dad that i have a future to carry own.

South Asian Games 2010 held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. REPORT

Our practice started on 8th January 2010. Just like the report from Visham Morning we practiced in the Dive Pool. I did Complete my Training. Same day Evening We had Our training around the Olympic Hotel Running.

9th January 2010 Morning. We had some drill training and we did some start dive at the end and while the dive i did i had an pain which really hurt me a lot.so i said to the Coach Adam Mohamed that i had a pain while i did the start dive. But he did not say anything.i was in huge pain that time. then Visham Our manager came and said what happen i said i had a pain in my lower back. he also said nothing but to sit down. i missed 3 dives and 50m sprint plus the warm down.

9th January 2010 Evening. I was in pain while i came to the practice but i didn't tell any one about it. i started my practice running 5 rounds around the pool and after my exercise i went in to the pool. after so many drills and half of sprint swims i did raise my hand for attention due to my back pain increasing but no one notice. i didnt speak or shout to call any one in any of my practices. so i climbed up and sat there for a while no one came and asked me anything or why i stopped swimming at the moment...

Sunday is a weekend in Malaysia so we don't have our practice.

11th January 2010 Morning. i did the training and we had a 50,100 sprint at the end and i went black out. that particular practice i did not swim due to the reason. but when they said to swim down from one end to other end i did it. then i went out of the water and i didn't felt fine. i was feeling dizzy.

11th January 2010 Evening. i did swim for long and i had a cramp (that practice we did 2.5km). NO ONE BUT ADAM ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED. I told him i had a Cramp in my leg. i was NOT the only one who came out of the water and did not complete the set. Mohamed and shameel also came out and shameel did go into the pool. he did not complete his 2.5km that i can tell. i did NOT complete due to the cramp.(I AM NOT COMFORTABLE IN COLD WATER FOR LONG).

12th January 2010 Morning. we had our training I DID NOT SWIM.i took a rest without asking anyone because i was having a breathing difficulty and a chest pain. in or out of the Hotel NO ONE asked me how i was feeling or anything like that. I got a chance to talk and say that i was having a chest pain and a breathing difficulty to the manager when we arrived to Bukit Jalil. He then asked me why i didnt say anything while we were leaving from the hotel.So I told him that I did not get the chance to tell anyone. he left without saying anything further.

12th January 2010 Evening. WE DID NOT HAVE PRACTICE WE WENT TO THE LAUNDRY WHICH WAS A LONG WAY FROM THE HOTEL.

13th January 2010 Morning. I DID NOT SWIM DUE TO THE BREATHING DIFFICULTY. I sat there watching the others swim. NO ONE ASKED ME TO GET IN THE POOL. Manager came to me and asked me to go with him and he took me to the clinic which was inside the complex. we went there and maneger left me with the guard without saying anything. then after around 15min a nurse came and took me to the Doctor.

THE EXACT WORDS.
Doctor: What happen?
Mubah: i am having a chest pain and a breathing Difficulty
then the doctor checked me and checked the blood pressure and the pulse. it was OK
Doctor: did you have any operation before?
Mubah: yes. i did an Operation while i was 10years old. a PDA Operation.
Doctor: it might happen due to the PDA
he wanted me to take rest just to be on the safe side.Just then Visham entered the room and suddenly said about my back pain before i was going to talk about it. then docter checked and told me to do physiotherapy for my back pain.And Gave Me a Few Days Of rest. I HAVEN'T SEEN THE DOCTOR's CERTIFICATE. then we came to the area where we practice and VISHAM told me that i was going back to male'. that i was no longer needed. "You are going back to male'. We dont need you!" these were the EXACT words he said to me.

we went to the physiotherapy room and booked for 14th morning.
14th January 2010 Morning. MANAGER DID NOT TAKE ME FOR MY THERAPY. the morning we even didn't have our training. I was Not informed

14th January 2010 Evening. I was told i wont be swimming and they where having a time trial without me. i asked why and they said i cant swim today. that was what they said.

14,15,16,17 i was in Rest.

15th i wanted to talk to the Coach so I had a talk with him alone. He told me about the Herathera resort training and about what happened to ROOYA for the world championships held in Rome. And about my practice...
and he said that the manager took the decision and Adam wanted me here but he had NO Choice to but to agree with the Manager.

17th january 2010 Night. Again i wanted to practice and i even apologized to both Adam & Visham. and they laughed at me saying there is nothing i should be sorry about and they had done what they want to do and there is no choice other than sending me back to male'. then i told them about how they favour others and ignore me entirely (they don't talk,they don't see me, they don't ask how i feel)then Adam started shouting at me and he said he stopped talking to me because i was not practicing properly. and later he said he knows that i am a sick person. so i agreed with that but they took it too far. then i told them i wanted to swim the next day. Adam said yes.

18th January 2010 morning. i was told to swim slowly he did not say any amount to swim. so i swam up to 1km and stopped. At that time VISHAM ASKED ME if i has finished. i replied that i had finished and that adam had asked me to warm down and then finish for the day. And so I did.

18th January 2010 evening. i participated in the practice and did the same drills and sprints with them and i had a breathing difficulty so i told Visham about it. He only shouted at me saying that he couldnot possibly take the responsibility if anything happens. It hurt me alot to hear so many negative things said at me when it was never my fault or my intention to fall sick in the first place. It is something that is not within your control. So I didnot join in the rest of the practice for the day.

19th January 2010 morning we had our practice in bukit jalil and we went to the football field and we had to run for 20min. then after running we came back to the swimming pool and we swam and at the end they did sprints and i was told not to swim sprints i did a 100m swim and came out of the pool. No one said anything.

19th January 2010 evening WE HAD ONLY ONE PRACTICE DUE TO AUSTRALIAN SWIMMING PROGRAM HELD IN THE POOL LATER THAT DAY.

20th January 2010 Morning. i did swim and participated in a sprint set however Visham came and shouted at me telling me not to swim so i stopped and got out without doing any warm downs. they did a couple of dives and a team relay and some 50msprints later on.

21st January 2010 Night around 12.30am Visham came And gave me the letter of no participation in the South Asian Games 2010 held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The letter said that i would be getting a copy of the report which was sent to swimming association which i have not received yet.

The Story of an Dream i Had


I had a dream that i was taken by some unknown
thing. it was dark it was full of bats. smells bad.
i was hurt i was wounded with a large scratch
on my left leg. sudden a white cloth bright thing
came towards me and touch my forehead and
i don't know what happened next. i tired to wake
up but i couldn't move my body. the only thing
which was moving was my eyes. i was scared.
sudden i woke up sweated when my girlfriend
called me...
